Mr Koohbanani was very understanding and able to get me a report in a VERY short time.  He was very friendly, professional, and thorough. I called them desperately, since we needed someone to check the structural foundation of our house before closing. They came out the following day and were very professional and precise with everything they did. They were also patient and explained everything to us that we needed to know.  We felt confident in them since they were very experienced and checked everything we had asked them. Not only were they professional, punctual and friendly, but they were really well priced.
